Fee is negotiated and retainer based. -Contingency: Our fee is negotiated and it depends upon the replacement guarantee. -Contract: Employee is put on DIA´s payroll and client is charged a markup, Client is billed weekly and fee is negotiated. If contract employee is hired by client a commission placement fee is paid. DIA does contract in all 50 states.
